Refund Policy

Devellux Inc., referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” operates the platform humaniser.ai, referred to as the “Website” or “Service.”

Refund

This Policy explains how you may request a refund and under which circumstances refunds may be granted.

Chargeback

A chargeback occurs when you dispute a transaction with your card issuer and the issuer contacts us to reverse it.
If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend access to your account. Any fees or costs resulting from chargebacks or other payment disputes are your responsibility.

Payment Model

Our Website operates on a subscription model, where you pay a recurring fee for access to Premium Services over a defined billing period.
If your subscription renewal payment fails on the scheduled billing date, our system may automatically retry the payment over the following days. Multiple attempts may occur within a certain period.

Subscription

If you wish to stop using your Subscription, you may cancel at any time. After cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period. Once that period ends, your account will automatically revert to the free version.
Please note that inactivity or non-use of the Service does not qualify as a valid reason for a refund. Once a subscription is activated, the user receives full access to Premium Services regardless of how frequently they are used.
If you no longer wish to use the Service, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription in advance.

Refund Processing

You have the right to request a refund.
Once you receive the refund confirmation, the Company typically processes it within 3 business days. The Company can not be held responsible for your Bank Transfer fees, transfer anomalies, and/or possible delays occurring due to any bank service issues.
Please note that refund processing depends on the payment date and, in some cases, may have a sharply increased likelihood of experiencing some issue. Unfortunately, we have no control over this, as such refunds are processed by independent payment card network processors, which have their own rules. Therefore, we cannot handle your refund in such a case.
In general, refunds are available within 30 days of the original transaction date. You are not entitled to a refund if the refund period has expired. Money can be returned to the original payment method that was used.
For the same reason, it is also not possible to route a refund from one payment method to another one (e.g., to a new credit card at a different company).
You lose the right to get a refund if you actively used the subscription (500+ AI credits).

Expired Account

If your account shows no activity on the Website for more than 180 (one hundred eighty) days from your last payment date, it will be deemed expired and subsequently deleted. When your account or profile is removed, all personal data processed by the Company will also be erased.

Account Deletion or Suspension

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by selecting the “Deactivate account” button in your account settings. Please note that account deactivation does not entitle you to a refund.
Before an account is permanently deleted, it enters a 14-day temporary deactivation period. During this time, you may choose to reactivate your account. If you have any remaining funds or credits in your account, you must notify our Support Team within this 14-day period.
If we suspend or deactivate your account due to a violation of our policies, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any unused Services, content, data, or any other items associated with your account.
Account deletion is permanent. Should you later decide to use our Services again or access features that require an account, you will need to create a new one.

Payment Services

We use third-party payment service providers to process online payments. All transactions are secured through encryption and handled directly by these payment partners. We do not store, process, or have access to your full payment card information on our servers.

Data You Provide to Us

Billing information that you submit for payment, such as credit or debit card details, is processed solely by our payment service providers. We do not collect, store, or otherwise process this billing information.
You agree that the Company is not responsible for the actions or security practices of third-party payment processors. Your payment transactions are governed by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider, in addition to this policy.
We may change our payment providers from time to time and may require them to transfer your information to another secure provider that uses SSL or comparable encryption technology.
